in august 2023 i was pulled over for the use of mobile phone while stationary in my vehicle at traffic lights and coped a fine and 5 points, i needed to fight this as i was on a good behaviour bond for demerit points and only had 2 months to go on it and simply could not afford to lose my licence for 6 months. Wissam from Jameson law took my case and i appeared in bankstown magistrates yesterday and wissam presented my case with all the facts and circumstances and a plea of guilty whilst asking for leniancy and it was a complete success and i got off with a section 10a, no conviction, fine and points dismissed, so i can continue driving, it was such a relief. I sought the assistance of Jameson Law after a mobile phone camera traffic offence. Wissam was my solicitor, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided. My usual solicitor was on holidays when I was incarcerated at the end of last year and we picked Jamesons Group randomly from Google and I’m glad we picked them. They put a team together including Cooper and wassim and they worked around the clock putting together a strong case with limited time to be able to do nearly the impossible and get me bail which my Barista didn’t believe I would get.
